The Nexcom EBC 572 Series is a 5.25" form factor embedded board computer with socket 478 that supports Intel® Pentium® M/Celeron® M or on-board 479-pin LV/ULV Pentium® M processors with 400 MHz FSB and up to 2 MB L2 cache. The EBC 572 incorporates an Intel® 82852GM or 82855GME and 82801 DB (ICH4) chipset. The Intel® 82855GME supports un-buffered ECC DDR 200/266/333 memory up to 2GB maximum and an integrated graphic controller with 64 MB of VGA shared memory, a CRT and 36-bit LVDS display interface. The low power consumption South Bridge ICH4 provides one PCI slot, a PC/104 interface, parallel port, slim type floppy connector, 40-pin IDE connector, CompactFlash socket, four serial ports supported by 40-pin header, four USB 2.0 ports supported by two JST 6-pin connectors, two 10/100 LAN ports, an optional audio interface with EBK AC97 module as well as others. The EBC 572 Series with great processor choices, I/O, and display support offer an flexible embedded solution.
